Concord Supplies – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have been doing business with this company for years without any problems. Last month, however, they sent me the wrong product (drums instead of toner). Initially, they emailed back and had me send photos of the wrong product, but now a month has passed and no emails or phone calls have been returned, and I am left with an incorrect order. I am very frustrated. I just want to return these and get my correct order! UPDATE: Their customer service rep called me on 9/21 and has assured me the order is being shipped and my return paperwork will be issued.

They send you junk cartridges. Just a waste of time. They either send the wrong item or a defective one. Very bad customer service. Avoid like plague. I've been with them 23 years, a long slide downhill.

I've purchased from ConcordSupplies.com numerous times and I've consistently found their service, delivery and support to be outstanding. I buy quite a bit of printer ink and toner and Concord's prices are the best I've found. When I have had delivery issues, I've called them and they worked with FedEx to resolve the issue. I'd recommend them as a quality provider of printer supplies.

Called on the phone with a question - got an immediate answer. Ordered item and received it on the third businesss day. Had fun tracking the shipment Item performed perfectly. Now I'm sold on Premium compatibles. I'd recommend Concord Supplies to anybody. I'm a happy camper and I'll be back.
