Cometeer – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

They force a subscription and make it impossible to cancel. I just got charged $121 for coffee. Complete garbage. The coffee tastes good but if you live in the south it comes defrosted and warm after they charge $10 in shipping.

A company that approaches customer with a lie right out the gate (invested 100 million for a coffee instant freeze machine line that costs a couple million) can never be trusted! Stay clear

The fact that Cometeer refuses to talk to you via customer service line is unacceptable. I'm trying to update my profile payment card and they keep sending me a link which I'm not receiving (nor is the link going to my junk folder). My shipment is on hold as a result. Why can't Cometeer just allow you to change your card on file via the profile section? Frustrating. Very cumbersome.

SCAM!!! I have attempted multiple times to cancel my subscription and had to tell my bank to block their charges but they started changing their merchant name to keep charging me and I now have to cancel my card. Don’t bother, they won’t stop charging you.

I love this company. There are many options, I just wish I could choose which coffee came with my order (not just full caf, half caf, or decaf) I love iced coffee and these make a great cup of iced coffee, but if I wanted a warm cup, they turned out awesome for that too! The pricing turns out to be super cheap per cup as well, theoretically it should save me money, but I love the local shops still!
