Coles – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Today I was at coles and I had the smoothest trolley that I’ve ever pushed in my life. 10/10👌🏽👌🏽

I got my items delivered by partner only slot left they delivered them on the road near the gutter, I have no intercom and front door to units is open always, some women called I could hardly understand much only delivery outside I checked the front door nothing, I said not here she said outside, I called service they said been delivered sent a photo of my items on the road outside the property near the gutter of course they were stolen. After hours on the phone complaining delivery two hours late and dumped on the road they said well we will give you credit, they would not refund, so have to buy again, and lost $36 on specials. Do not ever deal with Coles partner delivery they are incompetent uncaring people.

I've been a regular customer to Coles for several years now. They remind me of the fly buys, which is a fun incentive. The staff is friendly and efficient. When I have been unsure which aisle an item is in, a stocker in an aisle will look up on their present computer and help me immediately, if they do not know where off hand.

Great staff. When I can't find an item I ask staff and they always know where the item is. A reliable supply of fruit and vegetables. Perhaps too many junk food items on shelves and near the checkouts.

Whilst I'm generally happy with my online delivery service I have learned never ever to have a delivery for early morning...The shopping is obviously when the stock is at it lowest and you get whats left or "Substitute"....I've also learned its not wise to go back in to the store re a complaint particularly Bateau Bay where I was told by the blonde at reception she wasn't interested to speak to someone from deliveries... When I was asked where I might find someone she told to go up and down the aisles and I'd find someone (in other word interrupt some poor bugger doing their job shopping for another delivery customer)..I put in an official complaint through head office not one word of acknowledgement....And so it goes on. I would prefer nothing instead of the substitute I am fastidious in only 2 things. Both substituted today. The actual delivey guys I have are second to none...
