Club X – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Club X is the sleaziest, nastiest option for anything sex-related in Queensland (or even Australia). Their staff ignore consent violations, their products are over priced and they need government intervention. Do not shop there!

What rude people first of all I tried my hardest to be nice but the lady said I couldn't take pictures of her products that was the company's policy and she said if your wife wants to see the product tell her to come in and I told her she was at home with the virus after that she completely ignored me I ended up with a cheap vibrator for my wife as I couldn't get the other one as she wouldn't let me take photos to send to my wife what a rude woman she is. I wouldn't go back to this store if she paid me two. she also taught me into signing up which I didn't want after talking to my wife we decided to block her and let everyone know about her store we're not going to name the store exactly where it is for reasons but their company you can find online I wouldn't buy off them if you would ask me for my advice

I ordered a few items from them on 21 march. They still have not packed the order and sent it to delivery and today is 25 march. So be careful when you order from them.

Purchased a toy as a gift, unfortunately due to the owner already having one I returned to club x to exchange for something else which they refused to do, they really need to make the exchange or refund policy more clear, secondly they are 50 percent more expensive than the competitors even from their online stores, I will never use them again due to this,
