I ordered on 3rd April and was notified that my delivery had been dispatched. The company even emailed me to inquire whether I was satisfied with my order. However, nothing has been delivered and there has been no response from customer service. update! So without any notice or reply to my emails I Finally received my item. I'm not giving 5 stars but will change from 1 star the reasons They said my goods were dispatched 11th April no reply to any of my emails. They flagged this review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. I started a charge back with the bank which I now have to Cancel! Despite all that I have ordered from them before no issues and I did get the goods .

i paid for next day delivery on good Friday AND a bank holiday. What an IDIOT. My other reviews are here i have a new e-mail and address but stand by everything i have said in the past. The actual delivery is to arrive tomorrow i guess, but i doubt anything will be wrong with it as i have never had trouble in the past. Its a big shame they don't have any of those boxes of coke for £1 they were a steal. Still I think i saved over £500 this time also. Always have been a great experience!!!! - only negative is putting it all away

I got everything I ordered and the delivery was very quick. I have been a customer for over 15 years and you can order a staggering amount for the delivery fee. Website upgrade also makes ordering so much easier!

Think it’s important with everything going on in the uk atm that we support companies we know and trust. Have been using this company since the beginning of covid and have never had a negative experience. I had issues signing in on the new site but that was quickly rectified by making a new account. Looking forward to receding my next order and will be a customer for the foreseeable future. P.s . The new website is much easier to navigate so thanks for the update 👍🏽
