Clarins – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I must say that Clarinis never disappointed me. I am a big fan of their cosmetics, mostly body care range. I love their website and their attitude towards their customers, loyalty vouchers, gift sets and samples. Order usually is dispatched after 2 to 3 days from ordering moment and I never missed anything from my order. I am sorry to hear that other customers has different experience.

Following previous negative reviews I wrote tin Trustpilot, I need to recognise that Clarins customer service department has been able to meet and exceed my expectations. I had orders cancelled that have been re/sent free of charge and today I received a non expected parcel with several treats that head office has ent to me, because my last order was delivered with a day delay (8 working days). As I have mentioned before I love the products , but unfortunately due to the logistics and operational issues that Clarins has encountered in the last 3 months, it has at times been a very stressful experience ordering on line and receiving the items within the forecast delivery time. Thanks to Clarins customer service department, I have not lost my faith in Clarins online and I kept placing orders/confident that at some point , the issue would be solved. I believe Clarins is starting to operate more smoothly and, as I mentioned above ,my last order was nearly a success. Thank you.

I have now received my products and am very happy with them. I had previously given 1 star as I had expected my order within 3-5 days and it took 14 days to get delivery. I also tried phoning and contacting through website but was unsuccessful. If delivery had been when expected I would have given 5 stars.

I have been a Clarins ZA Online customer for a few years and my experiences have been wonderful. They are so generous with their gift offers (often, I end up with more products for free than what I actually paid for) and my orders have always arrived promptly and well-packed. My limited experience with their customer service division has also been positive.

I received a week's worth of Clarins serum samples, and after only using for 2 days, my skin already looks and feels amazing. I absolutely love this product, and can't recommend highly enough!
