Chilisleep – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I purchased two Chili sleep Ooler units. Both stopped working and leaked Approximately 15 months after purchase. Customer service was horrible and I was told that I could get a discount on another unit but they would not fix or replace the unit I had. Extremely expensive and apparently not built to last. Terrible investment. I would give it zero stars if possible. Terrible company and terrible product. Do not buy this product.

I'm not surprised to see the TrustPilot rating so low. Like others, my product stopped working even though I cared for it diligently and followed the care guidelines on their website. I spoke to TANIZA from their customer service on May 1, and I think a few things contributed to having a very negative experience on the phone with her: she didn't ask me what the problem even was until several minutes into our conversation (made me see right away, she had no interest in helping if she doesn't even care to understand the problem); she led by telling me her device has worked since 2016 (relevant?), when I asked why I haven't been so lucky, she suggested I've cared for it unproperly (unfounded) or it's defective (and no longer under warranty). She said she would send me the manual proving I've cared for the device incorrectly, since the information on their website doesn't apply to my device (again - confusing - why would info on your site be wrong??) which I have yet to receive (probably because she didn't know what she was talking about). She also said her supervisor, Beth, would reach out (still hasn't happened and I don't expect it will). This lack of promised follow-up is the reason I'm writing this review - bottom line: Chilipad doesn't do what they say they will. Like others, trying to get the word out that your significant investment will not be worth it, and customer service won't be there to help or even have a productive, empathetic conversation. Shame on you, Taniza in particular and Chilipad generally.

Paid 1300 for a double cube system. Worked for 20 months then one unit started a high pitch noise, and the other unit started leaking. Was out of warranty but tried to get paid service on the unit and they do not offer. Stay away from this product, its throw away. Absolute garbage. In all fairness, they offered me 25% off a new system.

Ordered this online and prompt delivery within 3 days. I have been using this for 4 weeks now. It does need a little tweaking with the temperature, times and schedules all through a fairly straightforward app but my sleep quality has improved considerably. I also do not need the air con anymore so I am saving a bit of money as well. There are two drawbacks: the cooling unit is a bit noisy, about the sound level of a fridge cooling, and the pad needs straightening regularly but overall I am very happy with the product.

I ordered this a week ago and life is good! Setup was simple the rewards are great. A night without tossing and turning. You know when you wakeup and the bed isn't torn up and you are in the same position you fell asleep in. Great product!
