Chaos and Pain – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

It’s a great product but the company suddenly won’t communicate when an order shows it has not shipped. Now I’m stuck here deployed without the item I paid for. I’m sad because I really like their preworkout but I can’t do business with a shady company. I’ve emailed 4 times, used their website to inquire about my order and nothing. I am so disappointed and frustrated with chaos and pain. Take your money elsewhere. Update-They emailed me back, made promises to fix the issue but still haven’t shipped my package.

COMPLETE SCAM They take your money, and refuse to send the products you ordered and refuse to give a refund. I’ve wasted around 400 USD on this trash company, please don’t make my mistake and STAY AWAY from them. The person replying at customer service emails does so without identifying themselves, and writes in a very unproffesional manner things like «sure, ll get that done for ya» and does nothing.

I never received my order, just like other people said. They created a fake shipping label that showed as pre-transit for three weeks. When I contacted them they replied with "It will be on the way tomorrow, friend." When it still didn't move a few days later it was due to it being "out of stock. We can refund you." Now they are not even answering emails anymore. The company looked so reputable online, they are a complete scam. Shame on you.

Never delivered the product, sent fake tracking numbers, responded with promises then never replied. Absolute scam DO NOT order from them. Been over a year, I will have to seek legal action to recover my money.

Company did not fulfill all of my order. After reaching out to support about the missing item, they have neglected to respond. Been a customer of one of their Fadogia products for years. Sad to see their products decline in quantity offered (60 per bottle versus 120) while price continues to rise precipitously. Shrinkflation to the extreme. I was willing to give that a go, but bad customer service is a deal breaker. Buyer beware...
