Hands down the best cold brew!

First of all, the coffee is delicious, very fresh and a strong coffee flavour - and the steeped bags can be used for hot coffee and cold brew. Second of all, the delivery is super quick. I have ordered from the EU website three times, and all orders arrived within two days. Lastly, I had a small problem with an order, and the customer service was so helpful - they were understanding and quick to reply. The small problem I experienced was that the best before date on the coffee was only one month after the date I ordered it, but they very kindly offered to send me a new order free of charge. I even received a few promo codes along with the reshipment of the coffee. Amazing service, I Will definitely order from them again

My 14 year old daughter ordered coffee with the offer of a free mug, but she apparently didn't tick the box to add the mug to her order. I saw the order, the box was checked. I'd suggest taking a screen grab of your order screen as evidence. Anyway, after writing to customer service, my daughter received a package with the mug - after only two days from my initial email. Huge thanks to Elena for arranging this. AMAZING Customer Service.
