Bought a lovely car from cazoo and would give the process of this 5 stars. You are not given the new keepers slip, because you have 7 days to decide on the car. However, three weeks on and they still haven't sent off the log book. after two weeks I called, the lady I spoke to said.it was definitely done. Then I called again and spoke to a different lady and she checked and said it hadn't and that she would chase the admin team up. I checked DVLA yesterday and it still hasn't been done! Come on cazoo, it's a simple process done on line. This may not seem important to them, but I need this to get my cherished plate back.

Was a pretty straight forward process, prices are decent and the car I bought is running well. So far so good, would have liked to be able to purchase extra warranty other then the 3 months I got with the car but is what it is, although I think they've reduced warranty to 30 days as I just made the cut off point for the 3 months when I spoke to one of the agents. Would recommend them so far, car description and accuracy was pretty much spot on. Will update accordingly.
