Worst experience ever for a dating site. False advertising and jerks at customer service. Avoid these fakes.

They don't practice what they preach! They don't delete your profile when you inform them that you want to cancel. As a result they have lots of outdated profiles which are used by bots for automatic sendouts. I met many Christian women on MyUkrLady.com - they are genuine and they indeed have traditional strong family values. Not everybody, but the vast majority. I'm really falling for one of them. I didn't expect such results from this site, because they don't officially position themselves as a Christian site. But you never know until you try. Just make sure you don't waste your money on CatholicMatch. Its name is deceptive. Please don't let them fool you.

Hello! I have sent 3 emails with NO RESPONSE ! I’ve paid for 6 months of premium service and set up a profile but when I logg in the site wants me to set up another one-somehow my profile disappeared AND THE SITE WANTS ME TO PAY AGAIN! Please tell me how to find it again or refund my six month premium. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Works, but did not find anyone I was particularly interested in having a serious relationship with. Good for Catholics and May God bless you all. Contacted support and they did sort out my issues eventually. Still waiting for a refund for the rest of the 5 mths to drop in my account. Use cc button on bottom right for english subtitles.
