Catbird – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’ve purchased a few thousand dollars worth of jewelry from Catbird over the last year or two and each piece is still in wonderful condition! I have jewelry from their own in house line and their vendors like Jennie Kwon and have had no issues at all! On the rare occasion I’ve had to reach out to customer service, like an incorrect bracelet size, I received a quick and very “personalized” reply. None of that scripted/canned response nonsense. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know.

Had the ring last than 2 weeks stones all ready trying to full out. Contacted them on email and Facebook been 3 days still no contact back. Taken the ring into a jewellery shop to get it valued for insurance. They said it was badly made and cheap stones Please get in contact ASAP catbird

The Twisted Stacker Ring is one of the many rings I have bought from this gorgeous little NYC shop. The price is good for the exceptional quality. The rings are so pretty and delicate...I wear them daily (twisted stacker, mignon memory ring, hammered ring, first knuckle ring). I hope my travels bring me back to NYC soon so I can stop by Catbird again!
