Cask Cartel – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Have to be honest, they did a great job finding what I wanted. I bought two bottles of gin that haven't been sold sincve 2014. They found them and sent them to me. It took a couple weeks, but they got the job done. Yes it's a little pricey, but for what I was looking for, worth it.

I did order specific bottle of bourbon from them. I did not realize that all they are is basically a clearing house who finds where bottles are and ship it to you. I waited at least 10 days until they were able to locate the bottle which had me very annoyed. They then let me know that they were shipping this bottle of makers that’s made in United States from Europe and would take a month. At that point, I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the money. They did so immediately within 24 hours. So while they don’t get great reviews for the communications, etc., and they were not able to get me what I wanted , they did come through and refund me the money so be a better review than others

I ordered a hard to find 50y old whiskey. What I liked about them - Responded to questions within 24h - Delivered the exact item I ordered w/o substitutions What I did not like - Took all the money up front, I suspect this is because they buy it in the UK and have folks bring it over. So they need the money to buy first. - Took 45d to deliver - No progress update in between - Price is much higher than UK stores (but they do not ship to the US) Summary Use them for hard to find/unique items definitely not for items you can get at Bevmo or TotalWine. Their prices are much higher - 3x the price in the UK - but I suspect they have folks bring them here. So use only for special occasions.

My wife identified an obscure liqueur made in the UK somewhere in her reading or travels. She emailed to ask if I might be able to locate an outlet for purchase. I found it at a couple of large east coat U.S. retailers, the closest of which was about 250 miles from where we reside. Neither outlet I found would ship to our address in upstate New York. Tried Cask Cartel who immediately accepted my order. My order was placed September 6. Today is September 11 and my wife picked up her liqueur shipped by Cask Cartel's 'fulfillment partner' (my term) this afternoon at our local FedEx office. Contents undamaged and product as ordered. Not a price bargain, but service quick and efficient in our case.
