Car honestly described and fulfilled all the “assumptions” on which the quote was based - Non starter, No damage. Then when they called back they offered 1/3 of the original quote as it was a non starter and so had mechanical problems. Offered less than half the scrap value.

They came and collected my old car! We got a really reasonable price and they collected it for free.. bonus! Quick to arrange and payment made quickly. The man that came to collect it with the car transporter was very friendly!! Couldn't recommend more. Quick, easy and friendly!

Was pointed to the cashforcars by a member of Copart as this is part of their company. Put in the details answering the questions honestly, uploaded photos to show condition of the car and my details. Quote came back for £862, accepted as this was more than a fair price. Received a call from them asking me everything I just filled out so went over again with the person on the phone. Was put on hold for 10 minutes and then when they came back I was offered £300!! Told them that was way off what they had quoted and what I'd accepted, then put back on hold while they spoke to the buyers department again. Came back with £400. Was told the original price I had accepted was just on presumptions, even though I'd sent photos and explained honestly the condition of the vehicle. If they were honest from the start and low balled you, you'd be more inclined to use them but they reel you in with high prices and palm you off expecting you to be grateful and desperate to get rid of your car. I'm going to use another company now, even if they offer me less just out of principle.

I was contacted by cash for cars to buy my vehicle, a price was agreed and a collection date arranged. They cancelled the first date, never turned up on the second date or the third. When I queried this I was told the price was too expensive even though they had agreed on the price! As the vehicle is not where I live, this took constant rearranging for every pick up date. Really poor service and all I got as an apology was a shoulder shrug emoji, total joke, took a fair price from a local scrappy who is getting the car tomorrow.
