Casebus – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Reading te bad reviews I thought I'd been robbed.so I emailed them. And after 2 days they replied with a tracking order. I ordered my case on Saturday then 9 days later it arrived. Very impressed with it. I would recommend . But I did spend 20 pound on a other case because I thought I'd been robbed. I ordered the best case the same time I ordered the phone. All I can say is have a weeks patience.

I ordered a phone case, and afterwards just thought I’d look up Casebus on Trust Pilot. My heart sank as I read the bad reviews. Thankfully, I have had a great experience. Product was delivered in the time stated and it’s exactly as I had hoped! Quality is great, and is just as per the images on the website. Most people just come on here when they have a bad experience, so I wanted to show that this company do a great job as well!

No matter what others say, my own purchase experience at casebus is almost perfect, the product meets expectations, the delivery is fast, and the customer service is also very professional.

Count me in. Magnetic case but the magnets were not attached so they popped out… case unusable. Never used it . I emailed photos and complaint the following day, don’t expect a response Update: while the original case was a POS I did get a replacement case of equal value . I contacted customer service and they would not refund but sent a new case of my choice BOTTOM LINE: don’t purchase magnetic case and don’t expect cash refunded. Customer service WAS A GOOD SURPRISE!

Received my case from Casebus China it is fine just not colour l asked for I wanted tan and got mauve.
