Well, I had a problem with compatibility with 2 items of ink purchased. I wrote to their customer service and I must say that I've had an extremely speedy response from Hayden N (even though it's a Saturday!) He has made arrangements that I'm very happy with, thank you Hayden. Well done!

Excellent customer service from Cartridge People who I have been using on and off for many years. Their CS operative George was most helpful and accommodating in the face of a couple of issues, which he dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

My not very old printer died on me. I had stockpiled (unopened) two ink cartridges for that machine, now of little use to me. David took this in his stride, advised me how to return them and offered appropriate funds into my Cartridge People account. No fuss, just professional, customer friendly and speedy.
