We don't use a lot of toner to be honest but each time we need to get a new one I've used CM. I've orders going back several years now and have always been pleased with their service and quality of the products.

First time I have ordered from this company, fast delivery, packaged well, I needed to contact the company ref a problem with my cartridges (my fault) emails were replied to quickly, helpful, efficient and understanding.

I thought I'd ordered an XL size ink cartridge as was going by the photo next to the description but when ink came it was standard size - I had only been charged for standard though. Lou was most helpful and could see how the error had been made by a misleading photograph. She was pleased I'd pointed this out and I'm pleased too to have received a voucher for next time.
