A slight hiccup in sending the equipment to me instead of to my Mother at the correct delivery address was quickly rectified with a prepaid label to return the equipment and a replacement sent to the correct address. Very easy to set up and great peace of mind knowing that my Mother at 101 years old can remain in her own home with help on hand at the push of a button.
