Heymarket Coffee Nero was fantastic, they ate nicely redecorated, I had fantastic sandwiches and a nice chat with wonderful staff! Highly recommended, very nicely ordered shop and stalls! Congratulated to their shif workers, Bea and Dalya. Will definitely come back!

After a hard days shopping in Darlington my friend and I , both pensioners , had a very pleasant experience in Cafe Nero in Darlington Market . The toasties and drinks were excellent. We were treated with courtesy by all staff but would like to give special thanks to Jack who was especially friendly and helpful .

Cafe Nero on High Street Leicester has a lovely feel about it and I really enjoy their vegan cake and herbal teas. I used to go there quite often to chill out. Unfortunately recently a young man working in there insisted on calling me sweetheart. I politely asked him not to call me 'sweetheart' and said that people did this to older people and it came across as quite patronising. He avoided eye contact and promptly called me 'my love'. My conclusion was that he was disrespectful and deliberately trying to belittle me. I therefore ignored him. I don't want to be treated this way so have taken my custom elsewhere. The rest of the staff in there are always very nice. Not sure of the date. It was a Wednesday afternoon.
