The Right Choice CAA Brian’s Towing the driver Lee was great, arrived on schedule and very professional a vehicle breakdown is not good but CAA Brian’s Towing was truly excellent service..

I am an avid outdoorsman who travels with his wife and dog. We were on vacation in northern Ontario Huntsville to be exact. My truck had broken down with transmission problems on Highway 60 on the east side of Huntsville. Close to Algonquin Park. I called CAA to have my truck towed home to southern Ontario and I did get the runaround about Caa plus RV after a lengthy conversation with a woman named Natalie which would’ve been a supervisor or manager for CAA at the time she had everything straightened out and my truck and my RV are heading home Under their care I was on the phone for over an hour with Natalie and her superiors. She did a great job in guiding me through the questions and helping me with my experience. We will see this Saturday when I have the tow booked to go home how that goes and I will review again at that date. Customer service through Natalie was great And I have no complaints. As of right now again we will see come Saturday when the tow actually takes place. Thank you Natalie for your time and guidance.

Yesterday I broke down in Barrie. I called into CAA and spoke to a very helpful lady (Ashley (BG-APAC2)) who quickly guided me through the process. Within an hour my vehicle was picked and taken back to Aurora to m y auto repair shop. I have never needed towing before but CAA made this as easy as possible. Well worth the annual fee. Thanks Ashley

we had a problem with our car and the dealer wouldn't send a tow truck as we'd exceeded the 100k coverage. called CAA Hamilton. they dispatched Hossein Naghavipour. What a complete gentleman and a pro. we have a tough rural drive way with switchbacks. He was seamless getting up and down and the car on the flatbed. took it to OKTire and thoughtfully dropped it where it could be easily accessed. he's 10/10! thank you.
