I’ve been trying to get a response from them for a month. They charged my credit card for an order, didn’t send a confirmation. I will have to file a claim with my bank. Horrible. And their message is so positive you’d think the service would be too. Nope

Response time is horrible - I returned 2 items but was only given refund on one. I have send multiple emails. It has been over 2 weeks and still can get a response!

Terrible company. Their return policy is not clear. They charge a handling fee if you don’t accept a store credit. Their clothing cut is strange so their XS and their S both didn’t fit me. If I took a store credit I would have gotten a full refund, but since I wanted a refund they charged me a fee. This was not stated in any return policy before I purchased the clothing. I wrote them an email and they blamed it on their 3rd party handling of returns. The return is returned regardless if it goes back to credit card or a store credit. Their answer didn’t make sense. Stay away!

Bought items and returned within return time frame but they have not refunded or returned multiple emails. Non existent customer service even if you follow instructions. Horrible horrible company.
