Bybit – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Probably the best crypto exchange out there so far. Decent CS and they don't seem to be doing sketchy stuff like other exchanges.

I have to edit this review because Bybit has solved my problem and also made me to understand that it is just an account authentication procedure. Now I do not have problem with my account. Thanks, Bybit. 🙏🙏 ByBit has withheld my deposit of 6050 pounds I made since 24th August. They said I should provide them with my bank statement which I did and for over 8 days now since I sent my bank statement, they are not doing anything about it. If I contact them they will tell me to exercise more patient and give them more time for review. I have ran out of patience, somebody should tell ByBIT to refund my money ooo. Bybit refund my money. Everyone should be very careful with this platform ooo. Don't put your money here , else they will size it and keep telling you to have patience. Nothing is working out with this people. ByBIT kindly refund my money ( 6050 pounds) . Stop holding my hard earned money. That money is part of my school fee, do you want me to be kicked out of the school . Kindly refund my money(6050 pounds) ByBit, enough is enough ooo. ByBit is just turning into a scam Broker, avoid this platform if you don't to lose your money.

Friendly advice, first make sure you understand how it works and check out youtube to really get it. When you go trading without skills, you will lose. I registered on Bybit, passed verification, made few successfull trades, and was blocked with no explanation. Just received an email, which tells, that I need to provide some proof of information with no explanation, what it is. Just "go to the site and provide". There was no explanation on the site either. I just saw something like "you were blocked for security reasons, please, contact support". And I started trying contact the support. It was super slow. The usual answer was "please wait 24-48 hours". I repeat. I've made few super simple and successfull p2p buy trades. They could just check and see, that their bot has made a mistake, but instead they have just banned me. I haven't seen so terrible attitude all my life. Update: I'm changing my feedback on customer support because my account was unblocked after a few hours Thank you support
