BWS – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

BWS are using deceptive and dishonest marketing through their APP specials. Prices revert to full retail at the point of purchase and unless you check your receipt or bank statement you have been conned! When confronted about this they state that prices are 'store specific' and guess what , the advertised special price is never available in your local store. I don't know ow how they are allowed to continue practising these scams and ripping off the public. I will never step foot in one of their stores again!

The BWS specials only available to some one with a mobile phone that takes Aps or can do it . Very discriminatory against us older folk that don't have the required phone or the knowledge

BWS Wembley Incredibly aggressive and rude manager Went to pick up internet order as shop opened Monday morning totally ignored me I said here to pick up internet order glowered at me and said NAME? I offered my photo ID waved aside and again NAME? I gave my name and he retrieved order and demanded to see photo ID... I know it's Monday morning and a job you do not want to do but taking it out on customers is not the way forward Will not be going there again

BWS Brassall I would like to commend the Manager Mellissa for the incredibly high level of customer service and general friendliness she exudes at her shop. Mellissa is a true treasure and should be commended for the way she runs her shop! she is always cheery, helpful and knows all her stock. whilst there I saw take stock outside to an elderly delivery person to save them having to come in. I have also in the past seen her carry purchased stock to elderly people and load it into their cars. This was just a small example of her customer service. Mellissa alone has made this my go to shop considering there are 3 other brand shops within walking distance. I hope BWS gives her the recognition she deserves.

Love being able to look at the prices without leaving the house, unfortunately they are more expensive then their competitors.
