There were some questions I had, and these were responded to quickly, and the tankards themselves delivered just a day after I submitted the order. They look exactly how I’d imagined. I ordered a plain pint-size pewter tankard with text engraving. The tankard arrived wrapped in polyethylene foam, contained in a small black cardboard box (I did not opt for the gift box option). Customer service was very responsive (even at 19:00). I would definitely use this service again, if in need.
