Just to counteract previous review… customer services rang me and apologised that the diary hadn’t turned up. Immediately send me out a replacement. Best customer service and best diaries ever. The only diary I’ve ever had that wasn’t in tatters at the end of the year. That’s why I bought one for 2024 Don’t hesitate

Great products and excellent customer service! I love my Busy B diary - and I’m VERY fussy about my diaries. This fits the bill perfectly. When the pen loop on my second diary broke, customer service was prompt, polite and problem sorted - sending me a self adhesive pen loop and a straightforward apology. Result: one happy customer. Wish more companies were like this!

Great quality products! I discovered a slight problem with my desk calendar (which I'd purchased months ago) and it was replaced free of charge as soon as I reported the issue. Excellent customer service, thanks!
