I have been a customer at Burlington for many years , visited multiple locations . My greatest experience was at the Valley Stream location with a dedicated , hardworking , polite and diligent cashier by the name of Radha Ganness .You don’t see this type of hospitality in retail anymore . Five stars for Mrs . Ganness and continued success . Keep up the great work , job well done .

I like this place. They have low prices and you can find some unexpected deals here.

I was at Burlington in Rochester, NY today and had a great time during my treasure hunting. I walked out with some great deals and the employees were great. The store is a bit messy, they had 1 employee on the sales floor cleaning and everyone else was on register from what I could see. I watched numerous customers dumping clothes on the ground and having the nerve to walk on them. The fitting rooms were closed, but I don't blame them as the theft is most likely crazy. I was there a few weeks ago and saw people walking out with things they didn't buy! Ya'll need to show retail emoyees some grace as you don't know what they are dealing with. Some stores cut hours thanks to corporate. Don't blame those at the store, blame the bosses at corporate!

I love Burlington, with all the special I can always find something to wear. But recently after standing on a long line and mid-way to the counter I needed to use the restroom and found that the bathroom was locked and was told it was now for employees only. This at the bay plaza, Bronx. Where no matter what time you go there the is always a long line. So now myself and serval clients had to leave to find a bathroom. With this policy in place your store will surely loss a lot of customers.
