Ils mettent en avant l’accueil, l’accompagnement, les conseils adaptés. Depuis la fusion des 3 lignes Burberry (s) la gamme connaît une nette amélioration qualitative. Au top ! J’ai eu la chance d’être accueilli également par le service client pour un sujet spécifique. Le chargé clientèle s’est montré très efficace.

Unfassbar kulanter und zuvorkommender Service. An meiner Jacke hat sich nach einigen Wochen leider ein Faden gelöst, was auf einen Herstellerfehler hindeutete. Ich habe die Fotos der Naht an den Support gesandt und nach zwei Stunden schon eine Antwort mit dem weiteren Vorgehen erhalten. Die Jacke wurde für mich ausgetauscht und ist nun knapp seit einem Jahr Tragen absolut jeden Cent wert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!
