I tried Cheeky Panda first and although I was happy with the product I felt it looked like cheap toilet paper and I wouldn’t want to give it to guests. The Bumboo paper is brilliant because it is embossed so it looks more like quilted paper. It’s strong and soft. The pieces are a little small but so what. I don’t like the tissues or the kitchen roll, however, really hard and not absorbent.

Exceptional quality, we get both their unbleached loo roll and also their kitchen roll. Been a customer since Sept 2020. The kitchen roll is so absorbing and I love it. Plus the loo roll feels soft and you only need a few sheets each time so each roll lasts longer than I thought it would. The customer care is great, we had the wrong order arrive once and they sorted it out no problem and with kindness. Deliveries always arrive once time and it’s really easy to edit delivery dates and make any changes on their website. One of the best plastic free swaps I’ve made, good value for money, and a great company!

Started a bumboo subscription about 3 months ago; subsequently moved house, forgot to update my bumboo account details and only reaslised when I was informed that my order had been delivered to my previous address. :( I contacted customer services who were very responsive, understanding and helpful and agreed to provide a replacement delivery to my new address at no extra charge. Brilliant customer service - I see no reason why I won’t be a lifelong customer! Thank you!

I'm a bit puzzled by the negative reviews on this product, because from my perspective it arrived quickly and is well presented in a cardboard box. Ok, the sheets are a little on the small side, but the paper seems to be very sturdy which is a plus - there's nothing worse than those 'brownfinger' moments and happily I have had none since using this product (more than I can say for some mainstream brands). It's probably going to take me a while to work through 48 rolls but I will definitely be buying again when necessary.
