International customers don’t bother buying bullstrap. Once they send the product it out of their hands. I ordered a phone case 6 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived. Bullstrap service team state that it’s in my country now so you go find it.

My first warning sign, was lifetime warranty. Sounds good but in reality, it’s just a marketing ploy. I have purchased two iPhone cases, a wallet, two AirTag holders and an EarPod case. The leather is all soft and pretty but it doesn’t last. It scratches, tears and basically falls apart after a year or so. In their first year of operation they would replace the item with no hassle. Then it became the item is discontinued so we can’t replace it, now with tears and threads pulling out on my wallet, which they still sell, we don’t cover normal wear. Thread coming out and all the seams tearing is normal wear? I’ve had 10 dollar wallets that last longer. So bottom line, forget the lifetime replacement, it’s a farce, and if you overpay for one if these items enjoy it for the first few months because after that it’s all downhill.

Customer service is terrible. Emails texts Phone calls not answered. Chat room says phone had never worked! Site offers discounts but changes price in checkout. Be careful! Bait and switch company

I regret placing an order with this company for an iphone case and wallet. FIRST: I was given inaccurate information about color of the product when I finally (took two days) reached a customer service rep in a chat. I was also told that returns process was easy. FALSE! SECOND: shipping and delivery took a long time. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: returns process is ridiculously complex! I did not even open the packages once i saw the color. They are wrapped in their cellophane. Website does not make returns easy, to say the least. The website requires photos with each return, no matter the reason, but then does not allow photos to be uploaded. I have emailed twice (no phone number) and no reply. I am hoping they get back to me and if they do not, I don't know what I will to recoup close to $120! But I WILL do whatever it takes. Unless you are sure of what you are ordering, based on my experience, I CAUTION YOU NOT TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY. I have never had an experience like this one with returns.

Poor quality products, difficult return process. Was forced to file credit card dispute.
