Terrible Customer Service Ordered a home gym resistance band set on 18th February 2025. What I got was incomplete, missing two bands and the door anchor. I emailed support, and they claimed I ordered the basic set, even though my confirmation clearly showed the deluxe. After days of back and forth, they sent just one band and told me the order was complete. No refund, no proper solution. Really disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend them. Luckily, the company in my bio came through for me. Can’t thank them enough

Initially ordered books in English. When product arrived they were in French. I then informed staff and was told "I myself placed order in french" even though my email confirmation stated order was english. I then needed to have the books resent. Finally they arrived but only 2 out of the 3 books. Then proceeded to ask where the remaining book was. Was told a copy of one I already received would also be arriving. Tried to explain I do not need 2 copies of the same book. Was told I have no more open orders. So nothing can be done. This is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service.

A) E-Book bestellt B) Liest sich so (Anf.Kap 3): "David Millar glaubt an die kleine unaufgeräumte Küche hin und her. Plötzlich packte er eine Milchflasche und schleuderte sie voller Wut gegen den Zauberstaub." (Google-Translate könnte es besser!) Lüthy findet es unnötig, meinen Hinweis auf ev. unauthorisierte Uebersetzung zu überprüfen!

Äusserst toller, zuverlässiger und freundlicher Service! Ein Artikel, der nur noch in einer Filiale (Stocker Luzern) vorrätig war, wurde mir von dort noch am gleichen Tag zugeschickt. Alle telefonischen Kontakte waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Die Preise sind meist besser als bei der Schweizer Konkurrenz. Service und Lieferung ohne Beanstandung. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.
