Veronique was brilliant and so helpful. I prefer to talk to a human rather than a machine, so went through different options on the phone until I connected with a human. She stayed on the line until my problems were resolved.

After being with a broadband provider for a number if years l decided to switch to brsk as recommended by a friend. The set up was quick and efficient and was up and running very quickly. So far very pleased with service and setting my devices was relatively simple. I am in my late sixties so l was fearing the worst. So thank you brsk l wouldnt hesitate to recommmend

When internet went down obviously it was frustrating, but it was after a snow storm. Great communication of the problem. They’d emailed to let me know before I’d even realised it was down. They updated me personally with actual details and updates on the process to fix the issue. Which I’ve never had a provider take the time to do.

Installation was very quick and easy. Speed was at the correct level straight away - 150 in each direction. Just awaiting the phone number transfer to complete the whole setup. It would have been better if the number transfer could have taken place on the same day as the broadband install

Signed up online after finding they were the cheapest internet provider in the area. Booked installation online. Came on the day as arranged although just slightly after the allocated time slot. Damian and Mo did a very professional installation job, fitted internal box and router and some external wiring. Everything works as it should, great internet speed. Exceptional value for money. They even arranged the cancellation of my previous provider without me having to do anything. Would highly recommend. Brisk by nature, Brsk by name
