Still early on with this service, but it is so far it is a simple and intuitive all-in-one membership site/directory solution with lots of clear instructional and educational information.

It was my first time using Brilliant Directories so I was naturally apprehensive. But the support was timely and always helpful. This is the main reason, in addition to the product, that I see myself using BD websites/subscription in a long-time to come. Out of the box, the basic but important features required for a directory were present and the addons complemented any extra features required. I have not had the need to do any extra custom development yet. I have used most site development platforms and can confidently say, BD maintenance time required is near to nothing compared to what I was used to and this leaves me a lot of time to concentrate on my business, its objectives and users/clients/customers than spending time to maintain the product. I highly recommend this for one more main reason, if you are creative, you can use it for many use-cases than just directories. I commend the team for the product. Well done!!!

This looks like a great product. Excellent add-ons and integrations and an abundance of support videos and resources. I'm yet to give it a full test drive but very excited to put some ideas into fruition. Premium hosting seems extremely expensive ($495 - 645/mth) but perhaps they are VERY well spec'd. I do wonder if their pricing model is to make profit from the add-ons, but at least they are available if you can use them and private paid support is also available at a cost.

I was having a little trouble getting up and running (my fault, not theirs), and they responded to my late-night support request within like 5 minutes! They were helpful and courteous, and we were able to get everything resolved after a couple of messages back and forth. Great support on top of great software makes for a pleasant and reliable user experience.
