Delivery was very fast, I was pleased with the price, and so far sleeping with the pillows I bought has been great. I bought a Luna and a Stella, and at the moment I prefer the Stella. It really does feel like a down pillow. The Luna is more firm but I still like it. I just need to play around with the loft level a bit more. The only downside was the strong smell of the foam for the first couple of nights but it's almost gone now.

I ordered the pillows (2 x Stella Hybrid Adjustable Pillow) and a body pillow under the impression I could return within 30 days if I don't get on with them. The advert I saw stated "what have you got to lose". The pillows arrived vacuum packed. The body pillow is HUGE, it is like having another person in the bed! Luckily I sleep alone in a king size bed. I am finding it comfortable except I get very hot with it so not sure how useful it will be in the summer. It really needs a much cooler pillow case. The head pillows are great, it was too plump for me with both internal pieces, so I removed one, and topped the other with the spare stuffing. This has resulted in the perfect pillow for me (although it feels slightly lumpy), but 2 weeks in my neck is ok so fingers crossed this continues. One point I will make is after they had arrived, I had an email saying I had to order pillow protectors to activate the trial period. I emailed to ask if this was correct and no one replied. On reading the small print, if you do want to return it is at your own expense. And as they arrived vacuum packed and they are pretty heavy as pillows go, it would cost quite a bit to return them (especially the body pillow, I am not sure how that could be repacked and sent back, it is so big!). I have since ordered the silk pillowcases which I love, they are cool and very soft. Overall I love the pillows, I just think it needs to be made clearer that returning is at the customers expense and that the protectors need to be purchased!
