Brewdog – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Great beer, easy to use website. I've bought Brewdog beers from local shops too :0). In my most recent online transaction, there was a bit of an issue that required their customer services team to get involved. They resolved the issue well & to my absolute satisfaction. Very highly recommended! Cheers!

We were bought a voucher last year for Beer School, but have struggled to find a time/opportunity to get into Leeds. With it due to expire soon I contacted customer services to see if there was anything they could do. They (Jack) replied speedily and extended it by two months. Great service. Thank you.

Update since below post. My faith in my favourite beer has been restored. Brewdog have confirmed it’s resolved and resending with a couple of cans thrown in to apologise which was appreciated. Thank you for your quick response . I’ve bumped up the review as a result of the putting things right as fair is fair and nice touch showing appreciation for loyalty and inconvenience , now that’s a good dog lol! cheers brewdog Order ref : 003627551 Ticket ref:774080 This hurts to write this because I love brewdog been drinking their beer since they were a small start up brewery and the bars are brilliant and my favourite place to drink . My issue is with the online ordering , firstly I usually have no issues with orders but that’s because they all went to plan. The issue is when they go wrong you can’t seem to get hold of anyone to sort it. I ordered online back on 21st April and I’ve not got all of my order. I raised a ticket and have had no response and the wait time exceeded. I don’t know what to do as there is no contact number just ticket system it’s like raising a fault with your IT department but you don’t hear back. Can’t believe if I don’t hear anything soon I’m going to have to go down the route of raising a dispute with my card provider over something so small but I refuse to be out of pocket. The other issue is there has been no communication about the missing item seemingly it’s just on their system as pending, why there isn’t an order update system in place I have no idea seems quite basic to keep your customers informed. Brewdog sort it out please you can do better.

Tom & Nick at BrewDog 130-134 Micklegate, York YO1 6JX, were very knowledgeable in all things IPA’s etc, and were more than happy to spend time telling us about all the different flavours and ingredients used to make these Beers, lagers and IPA’s. The bar its self is a very welcoming and quirky place, the atmosphere was spot on. We especially loved the rustic decor. The staff are a credit to the BrewDog brand, well done Tom and Nick.

All this now resolved, thank you Adrianna Placed a £100 order on 25th April, 24/48 hour delivery, was advised that it was delayed by a day. Order Number #003629186 Ticket Number #772028 To date I've received 12 x punk IPA 25th of April 24 x Punk IPA, 4 pack of Pale Ale, 4 Pack of Hazy Jane Missing still from order 2 x Schooner Glasses, 2 x 4 packs of Punk IPA, 1 x Elvis 4 Pack, 1 x Hazy Jane Guava 4 pack, 1 x Hazy Jane 4 pack, 1 x Pale Ale 4 pack, 1 x Dead Pony 4 pack. No Scratch Cards. I've tried to contact Customer Service (sent 3 e mails) and had zero response, tried phoning and answer phone, feel utterly unvalued as a Customer and have spent well over £500 with Brewdog in last year. The Beer is Good, the Customer Service Team are appalling and as I write still no response or actual contact to resolve all the missing items from order.
