Bravado Designs – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The products are alright, expect sizing chart is a bit off. Not a massive fan of the strap length adjustment slider placement as it sits on the front of the strap, as opposed to the back like most bras, and can hurt when moving about. However, my biggest complaint is that customer service is rubbish. I returned two bras in the same parcel, but only received the refund for one. When I emailed to ask why, there has been no response.

Here’s the email I send them months ago which they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to. It explains my experience with a company that has clearly gone downhill. “I just wanted to say how disappointed I am with my most recent purchase. I have had a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery and the only bra that has been comfortable for me since my surgery was your muse bra. I had two and no other bras as all others were too uncomfortable. As you can see from the below order, I ordered two more and couldn’t wait to wear them. I wore the first when received and it wasn’t comfortable and bulged out at the middle front (the cleavage). I thought I may be imagining this, so I tried wearing the other one for a day and it was also uncomfortable and bulged. I decided to hold the new bras up to my old ones and I can see clearly that they are totally different bras but with the same codes on the labels. I’m sure I can’t send them back because they were worn for a day, but I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am. They are so obviously different that the old ones even have three fastening catches and the new ones have four. Unfortunately, I will have to give them to a charity shop. Just wanted to say that I won’t be buying from Bravado again unfortunately.”

I had such high hopes...but i have been sent a bra which is suppose to be in my size...i had been professionally measured 3 days before ordering...so my size is correct. But these bras are soooo small. To the point id call them faulty...and now im told not only do i have to print out a label (what is this 2010?!) but also PAY to return an item they will sell again?! Nah...dont waste your money.

I bought the white nursing bra and let me tell you I love it so much. It’s super comfortable and I am a size 32DD and the size small fits perfectly. I just hate that I didn’t buy this bra when I started my pregnancy lol. I am already 9 months pregnant and have not found a bra this comfortable the entire pregnancy. I recommend it highly :) make your days easier by wearing this no underwire bra.

Fantastic products. Super supportive and superior to any other nursing lingerie I’ve tried. Sadly Brexit meant my order was stuck in the Netherlands and then returned to the US so it took awhile to get to me but the company responded quickly to my emails and changed courier to get it to me quickly second time around. Really worth the wait. Size guide was spot on too.
