Gerri Brooks in customer service was great and fixed the issue right away. My original shipment came over 50% smudged and misprinted due to lack of careful handling or not letting it dry properly, I am not too sure. Regardless they made it right as soon as they could and I received the product just in time for my event. I would recommend this company and I will be ordering from them again in the future due to receiving great customer service. Thank you!
