Boxt – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Nest Heat Link went wrong Mon evening. I received an email Tues (Yesterday) telling me about the fault, contacted BOXT Tues afternoon. Engineer arrived Wed (Today) as per planned 2 hr window with text giving 30 min notice of arrival. The Engineer (Garry T.) was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and tidy. Job done and dusted, no fuse no bother. Didn't know BOXT, before this job, first dealing with Company and Engineer, but both are very highly recommended.

Ashley from Boxt installed a new boiler to replace a much older model… he did a 5 star job and went above and beyond, he left everything tidy and neat. Would definitely recommend… excellent work Ashley, thank you

Engineer was straight in and out, friendly, made sure our dog felt safe with his presence and completed our replacement within 5 minutes. Also arrived on time!

All OK with the boiler and fitting just one nasty surprise on the Friday lunchtime a phone call saying scaffolding was needed at an extra £600! For the fitting to go ahead on the Monday just for 2 screws on a cowling on the wall!

Alex Rolfe came to replace our Google Nest today. He arrived on time, gave us helpful advice and was really friendly. Perfect customer service.
