Outstanding Customer Service The Kitchen Clock Radio I purchased didnt meet my expectations i.e. insufficiently ergonomic for the use I intended for it in our kitchen. So I requested a Return and received an immediate response with Return Address etc. and promise of a refund upon receipt of return. The Return Address I was given was incompatible with my chosen Carrier (cant deliver to a PO Box Address) so I requested and was given an alternative address, It arrived there next working day and I received an immediate acknowledgment and promise of a refund within 2 Working Days - Outstanding
