I struggled with adjusting the backrest angle, but the responsive customer service quickly sent a new recliner mechanism. The problem was solved perfectly!

There was nothing wrong with the chair, but Yodel delayed the delivery twice.

The chair is over 3 years old and the seat is not as comfortable as before. Since nothing else was wrong, I contacted them and bought a new seat at a good price, hoping it would last a long time.

It was difficult to separate the lower part of the chair to replace one of the parts after using it for a long time, but customer service was very good and provided the parts I couldn't remove.

The box I received did not have wheels in it, but they sent them to me the next day after I contacted them without any problems.
