scammers. Dont even visist the site

Scam company. Locked me out of my account and held the money people had used to sub. For some unexplained reason they stopped sending me money. I tried to get into contact with them but they never responded, for 2 weeks they didn't say anything. I then contacted their parent company that literally said there was nothing they could do. So then I got my community to spam them with requests, and I got suspended for 90 days.

Money stuck in limbo. I had sent the money to my friend through boosty, she is unable to withdraw the money and I cannot refund the money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I've been using Boosty to subscribe to my favorite artists from Russia ever since Paypal stopped accepting payments to their country. I never had a problem until 2 days ago. I won't be using that site anymore, and I've deleted my account. I paid for a subscription to an artist, JoonKorner, and the site auto-charged me a bunch of times and racked my bank account up to $285. Support refuses to refund me. They claim it's my fault that it happened because, supposedly, when you go to make a payment, it clearly states that "auto renewal" is used. It does not state this, as far as I am aware. Thankfully, when I went up to my bank and told them what had happened, they took off all the service charges from the "auto renewals" Boosty did to me, which brought what I owe the bank down to $40. But still, I cannot use Boosty anymore and feel safe, so I've removed all my payment methods and asked for my account to be deleted. It sucks because a lot of my favorite artists use that site, but I can't afford for this to keep happening.

I'm using this service since 2022 when "all things" started. Already received with this service a lot of payments and had a problem only once when some customer accidentally tried to make chargeback. Yes, the service isn't perfect, but always trying to help their authors.
