The books are new or like new condition and amazing low prices. Very fast delivery and the only book company I have experienced that delivers the books to my front door. What a refreshing change than having to go to the post office. I also love that they ship the books inside of a box for more physical protection instead of using plastic. If your books must be New or like new condition I highly recommend bookoutlet. You won't find lower prices anywhere.

At first, the Experience was rocky—not all because of Bookoutlet. A mix of holiday hours, the postal strike, Christmas, and Purolator made my experience less desirable. I made an order on December 18, 2024, and didn't receive it until Jan 13, 2025. I discovered the package was undeliverable in late December and contacted book outlet about changing the address to correct the issue. It took 7 days and a 1-star review on here to get any sort of reply from them. They reshipped my order and gave me a refund on the books that were sold out with a different address and currier. Then both packages ended up being delivered on Jan 14. I wanted to send back the one box but they informed me to keep the extra books and if I don't want the doubles to donate them. I thought that was a great idea.... now to find a place that wants romance books.

I have been ordering from Books outlet from last 3 years and I am glad about it.. the books are always in great condition and delivery is fast.. but 1 thing that outshines most is their impeccable service and commitment.. I am relieved that book outlet is here and I am not emptying my purse on books .. I am getting quality products at very affordable prices.. thank you so much books outlet !!!!

I am obsessed with this company. I was skeptical when I placed my first order in January 2024 that the books would be torn and dented, but they arrived in perfect or near perfect condition. I have placed over a dozen orders from their site over the last year after discovering them, and I've only had positive experiences. Awesome company with good customer service, quick shipping, and amazing prices. Would recommend ordering.

Fast service, excellent packaging, great selection, and low price. Couldn't ask for more. Free shipping (on orders over $50) was nice too.
