Ordered on next day delivery, item came early afternoon the following day. Unfortunately, the item wasn’t suitable, tried creating a return but the return portal page was down so Shaban resolved over text and sent a return label with no hassle. Excellent customer service

I have just spoken to Layla with regards to a problem I had with shorts not being exact as the image online, she reported it with the stock team to ensure the product is looked at. She refunded me with no issue and also included a £5 gift voucher for the inconvenience! I appreciated her help and assitance very much.

Ordered an item over a week ago and it never arrived. Got in contact via Facebook messenger and asked to wait until a certain date and if it didn't arrive by then they would sort the problem out which i was fine with doing. Item never came, messaged again and Shaban contacted the courier and processed a refund straight away.
