For flere uger siden købte jeg licens til firmaets Image Comparer software, da jeg skulle igennem et kæmpestort billedarkiv med mange dubletter. Manualen omtalte muligheden for at markere de mange dubletter, men det nødvendige hjælpevindue med mulighed for sletning, dukkede ikke op som det skulle ifølge manualen. Efter flere gange at have kontaktet firmaets support funktion med ønske om hjælp, har jeg nu givet op - de vender kun tilbage med ligegyldig markedsføring af deres øvrige produkter.

I am SO happy that I purchased AllMyBooks by Bolide Software! I have over 900 books, with a further 1500 on my "to buy" list, and keeping up with them can be a bit overwhelming. Not any longer. I can tell at a glance what I have, if I have read it, and what I want. AND I can keep track of who has borrowed books and not returned them. On the two or three occasions that I had to contact support (because I don't speak computer well, NOT an issue with the software), they were responsive, kind, and the instructions for solving my issues were clear and concise, even for a computer dummy like me!
