It would seem that the bad reviews here all relate to delivery. I certainly couldn't fault the Vodka. It was exceptional! Delivery also wasn't a problem for me...

I received the rangers 55 vodka today, looks very good. I ordered it Wednesday and received it today (Saturday) very happy with the quick delivery! I was a bit skeptical on whether to order as the reviews weren’t great but I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. Also, good Valle for money in my opinion not too pricey.

Not sure why this company has such bad reviews. I had absolutely no problems. Ordered Chelsea Dark Berry Vodka. Received an email to confirm delivery and tracked via Royal Mail. Received within a week. Great, friendly customer service. Would gladly order again. Love the official limited edition football bottles. Perhaps a Chelsea FC Gin???????

Received my Rangers 55 order yesterday. Yes it was later than expected but the owner rang me personally after i emailed them to explain the delay. Personally i think thats great customer service. Quality hand crafted product love the label too. Will be ordering again!

Ordered a couple of items from them, over the Christmas weekend. There was an issue with one order, so I did email them. It did correct so all was fine. They still acknowledged my email. The items were delivered as advised, and promptly, and were minimally packaged, but sufficiently packaged. Happy with the products and service.
