Can't understand the negative reviews. I bought an engagement ring from Blue Nile and everything worked perfectly. Great customer support, ring was shipped in time as promised. I ordered the ring too large and after the proposal had to send it back for resizing which was no problem at all they returned the resized ring within a week. Overall I could not be more happy with the service I received and would use them again any time.
