I can't believe all the negative comments. I've been buying from Blue Illusion for about 5 years now and I always find their service, both in store and online, impeccable. Never have a problem returning anything and staff are amazing at our local Kotara store. My only criticism, if you can call it that, is that they now use Couriers Please to deliver and they aren't that great. One of my parcels, an ivory top, was shoved into the letterbox and the bag had a tear in it. It rained....and I was lucky the tear didn't expose the garment to the elements and get stained! Otherwise, I have no complaints other than I wish you didn't have $150 minimum spend on Rewards.

Amazing! I love their clothes! Jeans are AWESOMMEEE!!!! And very flattering. Experiences both in store and online have been good! Never met a store assistant that wasn’t happy to help! Loving their new styles too! Would totally recommend!!

I love this companies ethos and that it is one of the only retailers left that is entirely Australian owned. The clothes are of incredible quality and I always have such a fantastic experience when I go in store (and I so appreciate the store displays and exceptionally knowledgeable and kind staff).
