I would never again used Blue Cosmo services. I purchased their services for duration of 4 months for which I paid upfront. I even gave them deposit in case I was not able to retunr from expedition earlier and needed this service to remain active, the little did I know after only 37 days upon my return I received 2 charges one for $1000 second for $1499 due to apparently some extended minute use, without any warning just like this I was ripped off and deceived quite frankly. I am sure this is how they make their money and I would advise anyone who is not sure who to use, to go ahead and consider other 3 providers with the same services. I believe they are more honest and upfront about their pricing and charges.

I have just finished buying 2 satellite phones through Bluecosmo. Excellent service. They delivered faster than promised, have an excellent easy understandable website. Unfortunately there was a minor issue with one (of 2 delivered) chargers with one of the 2 phones. The phone support received was outstanding. By a person who knew what they are selling, understood and helped verify the problem. A new part is immediately underway with the exact same speedy service. Highly reccomend!
