Abysmal Communication and Customer Service

Placed an online order on 11/2/2022. Have not yet received the items. One of the items was a pre-order, so understand that this can take time, but company has not responded to multiple inquiries or requests to cancel the order. There is no phone number. Only way to reach company is a "contact form" that you have to submit, only to have this ignored multiple times.
