I changed internet providers and it made it very difficult to connect my blink to the new WiFi. When I first called Blink, the lady I spoke to gave me great steps to move forward, but did not solve the problem. I then went back and forth and back and forth with my internet provider and blink. It was a hassle. BUT, today, I spoke to a gentleman from customer service, his name was Ale, like “Ginger ale” he said :). He reviewed all the notes from my previous call so that I did not have to repeat everything again. He was very professional. I did exactly what he told me to do AND.. my cameras connected! FINALLY! After 32 days of them not being connected. He waited on the line while I went outside to remove my outdoor cameras so that I could reconnect them all. His patience level was BEYOND what I could have asked for. He absolutely made my day! 5⭐️ To Abe! That man deserves all the credit for my happiness today. Thanks!

The product is great when it works. The problem is, getting it to work. Customer service doesn't exist there, robots answer. I have been fighting with them since October and I would have given up, but the money I spent on this product is too much to just give up. I will NEVER recommend blink to anyone.

Shame I have to leave even 1 star. Have had a camera for a while to keep check on elderly relative. It was working fine until Blink felt I needed to buy a subscription for saving video. Saying No to Blink is easy but them understanding it is another issue. Kept getting bombarded to buy a plan, refused each time, wrote a complaint, played GDPR card and they reply every time as if the plan is all they are interested about. Ill trained support staff who clearly cannot read, cannot interact, avoid the issue at all costs and then still want to talk to you about a plan. Would never recommend Blink so have removed my camera and got another one from a supplier with tried and trusted customer service who can respond to the issues raised. Shame, it could have been better if only their agents could read and understand simple English. Being in the UK, Blink dont care, shrug their shoulders and say "Next" hoping that we will go away. Appalling.

I had an issue w/one of my 6 outside cameras. I just wanted to know if a video capture could be delayed in posting to the acct. It took 5 days of back and forth and then got a generic ans that was no help at all. I don't think they even understood the question. Terrible custo.er service.

Doorbells works great with very decent camera for a $60 doorbell, I see a lot of people whining about quality but yet they are buying one of the cheapest brand of cameras. Anyyyywhoooo my doorbell stopped working a year out of warranty and blink is sending me a free replacement because they said it’s a hardware issue, was great, all I did was email them, they were fast and very nice.
