Absolutely amazed! Samples arrived next day, blinds arrived next day and fit perfectly! I can't believe the quality and service for the price - so pleased. Instructions do come with the blind but would have liked more fitting instructions online- the video we found on YouTube (they do not seem to be available on the website) we're for a slightly different blind. Other than that totally recommend.

4 and a half really. Lost a half for incorrect instructions for installing valances. Other than that, quality product (slatted blinds), well made and reasonably priced. PS - you DONT need the additional cost ‘screw packs’ if you are able to fit blinds to window frame. I have two spare packs…

Before using BlindsbyPost we had been using a local 'bricks and mortar' company called Castle Blinds and Awnings in the West Midlands. We had previously easily spent over £3000 with them on numerous motorised roller blinds and on the latest occasion I decided to ask for a small discount for them to acknowledge our customer loyalty. Sorry to say the request was ignored. To make matters worse they wanted to use a new drill-less (Grip-Fit) roller blind fitting and charge us over £80 more for the privilege. If we did not agree to this they wanted us to sign a disclaimer for a traditional fitting. Apart from dealing with the excellent Lee, we really didn't feel valued as a customer by the in-store staff. This made us search for alternative suppliers and we came across BlindsbyPost. Emma Taylor was very helpful as our order was bespoke and she helped us to ensure that we ordered the correct Somfy motorised blinds in the exact material we'd seen in the store. I felt my custom was appreciated which is important to me. The instructions on how to do all the measurements were straight forward and it's important to do this accurately. All queries were answered promptly and politely. The products received were sized perfectly and fitting was a breeze even though I am not a DIY expert. Best of all we saved hundreds of pounds and only wish that we'd discovered this company sooner as I can imagine we'd probably have saved over £2000. I have a few more rooms to furnish and will definately be using this company for the blinds.

The day and night blinds I purchased were excellent quality and perfectly made and the measurements were spot on and look beautiful. Would highly recommend Blindsbypost.

Well made and looks fab. Only downside is the metal chain to raise/lower is rather noisy. Would have been good to know and maybe the white plastic one is quieter. Previous blind was on string was silent. Great job tho from a reliable company
